The heart of what we believe can be summarised as four slogans...

Grace Alone

We have rebelled against God and deserve nothing but his just anger. Yet in God's great mercy, Jesus died and rose again so that through the power of the Holy Spirit we can turn, be forgiven and receive His gift of new life. This salvation is the free gift of God.

Christ Alone

There is only one mediator between God and humanity - the man Jesus Christ. He is God's unique, sufficient and abundant provision for us. He is both Lord and Saviour.

Scripture Alone

The Bible is our supreme and sufficient authority in all matters of faith and doctrine. In it God speaks in such a way that we can listen and know him personally.

Faith Alone

Faith (or trust) is the required response to God's grace in Christ. Obedience in no way contributes to salvation, but flows necessarily from it.
